Catalent is currently recruiting for a Senior Quality Management Systems Officer to join our Swindon site. The Senior QMS officer will perform various activities in the Quality team to support the running of the Quality Management System.All objectives performed to be compliant with relevant cGMPs and Corporate and Company SOPs and Policies.The role:

• Investigation of Customer complaints against due dates
• Review and Approval of Complaint Investigations
• Generate Product Quality Reviews/Annual Product Reviews (PQR/APR) as required by the Company, customers and relevant regulatory bodies in accordance with the defined schedule
• To provide support to Quality Management during customer and regulatory audits
• Provide an independent quality assessment of Corrections (part of the CAPA system) to facilitate their appropriate closure
• Participate in the programme of internal auditing of Catalent UK systems and procedures
• Participate in site improvement projects
• Comply with Company Health and Safety requirements and initiatives
• To provide support to the wider QMS and Compliance Team
• Perform any other duties as may be required by line management

The candidate:

• Experience dealing with investigation of Customer complaints
• Understanding of GMP environment
• Confident IT user including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
