Language requirements:

Spanish: mother tongue level required

DESIRABLE: 

  • Experience in programme management training and capacity building activities.
  • Proven experience in project management with a humanitarian focus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Professional experience in interacting not only with implementing partners, but also with other stakeholders, such as operational partners, international organizations, international or national/local NGOs
  • Experience in strategic planning and results-based management.
