The Opportunity

Join the AI Assistant team as a Senior Product Manager and propel the evolution of Adobe’s AI Assistant: a natural language interface which improves efficiency and access across Adobe Experience Platform.

This role focuses on scaling AI Assistant, enriching feature capabilities, and driving value realization. Ideal for trailblazers in generative AI, you’ll lead efforts to expand into new domains and innovate within personalization, discoverability, and insight generation. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with Adobe’s goals and objectives.

  • Talk with customers on an ongoing basis to maintain a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.

  • Be the Voice of the Customer and drive product requirements based on understanding of specific market segments and target customers.

  • Build and maintain a clear, actionable roadmap over the next 3, 6, 12 months, and 2 years, focusing on growing features and user base.

  • Lead and encourage cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, engineers, designers, and marketers, to build high-quality, customer centric solutions.

  • Lead the prototyping and early conceptualization phases for new AI Assistant features and capabilities.

  • Drive the development of strategic features by using Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing to improve discoverability, task automation, and insight generation.

  • Drive decision-making by presenting concepts, insights, and key findings to executives and leaders.

  • Be a leader and subject matter expert for how natural language interfaces will redefine software at Adobe

What You Need to Succeed

  • Urgency to find problems worth solving, and agency to build solutions for those problems

  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance; think strategically, and work tactically; attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

  • Proven experience as a product manager in a software development environment.

  • A passion for innovation, and experience with design thinking, lean startup, and other innovation methodologies.

  • Enthusiastic curiosity about the latest technology and innovation trends.

  • Prior experience of leading, launching, and delivering a service with 360 cross-functional impact.

  • Strong data driven analytical abilities to back up assumptions and recommendations, and to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Education/Work Experience

  • BS or MS degree in computer science or equivalent technical field is strongly encouraged

  • MBA is strongly encouraged

  • AI/ML related background

  • 2+ years of product management, engineering management, or consulting experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,800 — $228,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
