DescriptionJoin our team!#-LI-REMOTEWe’re looking for a superstar to join the Consumer Prospecting and Exclusive Partner Program (EPP) team today! Our team has partnerships with over 3,500 organizations (“accounts”) across Canada to give their employees/ members access to special deals on mobility and home services. We also manage strategic programs for TELUS such as Affiliates Marketing, Refer-a-Friend (RAF), and Community / Sponsorship Marketing.We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of strategic channel acceleration and optimization programs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying opportunities to expand both mobility and home services within our extensive network of sales channels. This role requires close collaboration with our sales and marketing teams to continuously test and implement effective channel strategies.Our team consists of passionate marketing strategists who aim to deliver an optimal customer experience at every touchpoint, including flawless data driven tactics. We use AI and a unique, entrepreneurial spirit to sell a variety of products to meet our customers’ whole home needs: mobility, SmartHome Security, TV, internet, streaming services and more.What you’ll do as Senior Product Manager, EPP Channel Acceleration Programs

  • Design and Implement Growth Tactics: Develop and execute innovative channel growth strategies to accelerate EPP mobility and home services across various channels, including outreach teams, retail, and inbound/outbound sales teams
  • Channel Optimization: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize channels, driving positive financial outcomes by analyzing key financial performance indicators such as costs and margins
  • Performance Management: Inform/influence channel targets and provide insightful, action-oriented commentary on performance
  • Support Marketing Initiatives: Reinforce updates and changes to channels, and formulate data-driven recommendations to drive program growth based on customer and front-line feedback (e.g., conducting focus groups, workshops, etc.)
  • Channel Expansion and Readiness: Support initiatives aimed at expanding channels and ensure they are prepared for new opportunities. Support marketing collateral/ flyers to fit the needs of specific channels
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including pricing, strategy & planning, marketing, customer experience (CE), and channel partners, to drive transformational and programmatic changes
  • Strategic Communication: Regularly communicate strategies and updates to Senior Leadership across the Consumer team

  • Strategic Marketing and Sales: Expertise in formulating effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Adaptability and Ownership: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen with experience managing a portfolio and direct P&L responsibility
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and relationship management across various business domains and functional areas, with the ability to influence stakeholders and peers without formal authority
  • Proven Track Record: A history of delivering results and executing projects flawlessly while efficiently managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to consolidate and synthesize vast amounts of information from various sources into meaningful and actionable insights
  • Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of experience in roles involving B2B and/or B2C marketing, sales, program management, strategy, or management consulting

Salary Range: $96,000-$144,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
