Job DescriptionVox Consultants are hiring for a Senior Planning Officer for a Local Authority based in the West Midlands.
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity and only apply if you have the Right to Work in the UK and has relevant experience.You will be:
- Managing Planning Applications – typically more complex and high-profile applications.
- Providing expert advice.
- Project management.
- Preparing appeal statements, representing the council in planning appeals and addressing enforcement issues when necessary.
Essentials:
- Right to work in the UK – the Council will not be able to provide sponsorship for this opportunity.
- A degree in a relevant field and proven working experience of being a Senior Planning Officer.
- Relevant Industry knowledge.
- Previous experience of working within a Council is beneficial but not essential.
