There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel – the international payroll and compliance market leader.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with Ops teams (core business, fintech, employee experience, customer support) cross-functional partners to find opportunities to increase operational efficiency and scale our business effectivelyTake full ownership of data initiatives, working autonomously without supervision.Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and reliability.Manage stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership and C-level executives, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.Create and promote effective self-service analytics infrastructure for your areasDevelop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision makingWork in tandem with Analytics Engineers, sharing requirements for DBT models, in order to create the cleanest data structures and KPIs for your product areasRequirements5+ years’ experience in data analytics teamFluent in SQL, experience building and maintaining data models in dbt or similar toolingStrong ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and drive initiatives from start to finish.Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniorityYou are naturally curious and enjoy challenging the status quoWe’d especially love to speak with you if:You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working autonomously.
