Their proven process transforms raw materials into a limitless range of high-quality, durable products, paving the way for a more circular and environmentally responsible future.As a Senior New Product Development Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding the businesses product and solutions with ownership of one of their target markets. You will oversee the development of new bespoke, innovative product solutions to customers as well as supporting the existing customers in the space. You will manage a small team of scientists and engineers and will be responsible for the development of projects from initial concept through to full scale production.
