Our main recipe is a combination of modern technology and insurance industry expertise powered by our talented team members.Being a technology-forward company, we utilize various tools and platforms to create fun, engaging and meaningful work experiences for our employees, as a remote-first company.We are boldly going where no insurance broker has gone before!Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll be the driving force behind optimizing our presence across major search engines and digital advertising platforms, ensuring we achieve maximum return on investment.Your mission is to lead and execute Zensurance’s paid search marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.\nResponsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute impactful paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube), and other relevant platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across thousands of keywords and verticals. Leverage data insights to enhance bidding strategies, ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Dive deep into performance data, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and internal dashboards (e.g., Looker) to extract actionable insights. Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Engineering teams to refine reporting and identify areas for improvement.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving paid search landscape, including new ad formats, targeting options, and platform updates. Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including Google Tag Manager and Salesforce.
• Experimentation & Innovation: Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to continually improve campaign elements and explore new growth opportunities. Stay ahead of the curve by testing emerging platforms and advertising technologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and stakeholders to ensure alignment between paid search strategies and overall marketing objectives. Communicate effectively to share insights and performance updates.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across major platforms.
• Budget Management: Experience managing multi-million dollar paid search budgets.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce. Familiarity with other marketing technologies and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Optimize) is a plus.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Growth Mindset: A passion for staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing, with a proactive approach to testing new platforms, formats, and tools.
