Position Overview:

  • The Senior Manager, Sales Operations US Marketing will oversee the development and implementation of key marketing performance indicators, management of our sampling program, and efficient execution of marketing initiatives in support our US commercial teams. In addition, this position will lead key initiatives that support our continued growth trajectory in the region as well as support the Senior Director, Global Sales Operations in standardizing processes, improving efficiencies and leveraging capabilities worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the strategy for the sales operations US Marketing function to drive achievement of the corporate annual operating plan and long-term strategic imperatives in collaboration with the Commercial leadership team
  • Actively collaborate cross functionally with HCP, Consumer and Field marketing in addition to the sales leadership team to develop actionable insights across our direct to consumer and health care professional marketing programs
  • Lead and manage the development of marketing key performance indicators
  • Implement and manage the US Sampling program including HCP targeting maintenance, demand planning support, vendor management, and overall sales team support of the program
  • Performs other duties as required

  • Strong computer skills – particularly Excel, Word, & PowerPoint products in addition to visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Positive, results driven, rational, logical, team player

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS in Business, Finance or another related field; MBA a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Sales Operations leadership role
  • At least 3 years of that experience working on projects related to Sales process improvement
  • At least 3 years leading a department and/or large-scale project teams
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, coaching and development skills Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills are critical
  • Self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team player capable of managing a team and several activities simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a deadline focused, dynamic environment, consistently producing timely and accurate deliverables
  • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills

Additional Information

  • The position can be remote, hybrid or in-person at our Acton, MA headquarter location.
  • Domestic travel is estimated at 15% but will flex depending on business need

Additional Information:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,200.00 – $203,150.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
