Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Operations Excellence, you will be responsible overseeing the Field Operations Support Team, for developing and executing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, carrying out support for the SVP and VP of Operations, and creating content for Senior Leadership Team presentations.In this role, you willBuild effective partnerships within the Field Operations Team, and with cross-functional departments (as required) to implement and propel strategic initiativesProvide leadership, guidance, and training to the Operations Support Team and Training and Onboarding ManagersSet protocols for communications from the Field Operations Team and develop systems using technology to reposit and retain information for the team in an organized fashionSupport the implementation of new technology within the operations team and to the Practice networkWork with the Operations Support Team and Corporate Communications to create communications for the Practice network as requiredCreate and track monthly and/or quarterly reviews on the Field Operations business (both support and field)Facilitate the Collection and analysis of data for the Operations TeamContinuously identify and implement innovative solutions to deliver outstanding resultsAssist in the development of new processes, systems and models to support the Field Operations TeamManage department projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetProvide thought leadership by providing innovative ideas and insights that shape conversations and influence positive change in the organizationDeliver a superior level of service, support and insightWhat we’re looking forFive to seven years experience as a people managerDental sector managerial experience preferred (i.e. Practice Manager or other Leadership role in the Practice)Experience leading and implementing Process Improvement initiativesExperience implementing initiatives requiring a high degree of Change ManagementAbility to communicate in French is an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to summarize and present on complex topics and dataStrong Microsoft Office experience, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookPrevious experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferredKnowledge of Smartsheets is preferredAbility to live the dentalcorp values with every decision and interactionDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyCompetent collaborator and skilled cross-functional communicatorAbout DentalcorpDentalcorp is focused on acquiring and partnering with leading, growth-oriented general and specialist dental clinics across Canada.
