Senior Learning Design Manager – London, UK (Hybrid) – PossiblPossibl is hiring on behalf of a creative and passionate group of experts in a talent and learning consultancy.A new position has opened in their high-performing design hub based in London (hybrid & flexible) for a Senior Design Manager.Joining this growing, vibrant, and award-winning consultancy means collaborating with a diverse mix of consultants, practitioners, and senior client leaders to deliver impactful learning experiences across various topics for major businesses. • Design and develop experiential learning, training, and communications for clients (both virtual and face-to-face).
• Lead medium to large-sized projects end-to-end, playing a key role in major team-based, high-value initiatives.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, delegating tasks to managers, executives, and analysts within the team.
• Support sales-related activities such as RFPs, proposals, etc.

Experience required:

• Proven experience in designing experiential learning sessions, ideally using behavioral science and human-centered design principles.
• Capable and well organised to manage complex medium and large-sized projects from start to finish.
• Ideally have direct people management exposure
• Background in HR, L&D, talent and development roles (in-house or consulting), or a creative writing position with a keen interest in learning and development.

Suited for a creative and attentive professional, with strong creative writing and problem solving skills, who thrives working collaboratively as part of a team. Also, must be an excellent relationship-builder, including with senior leaders.
