About the Role

Ogury is seeking a resourceful and experienced Senior IT Support Analyst to join our global IT team. This role is central to managing and scaling our corporate IT infrastructure, with a heavy focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and automation. You will be the subject matter expert for core SaaS applications like Okta and Google Workspace, ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and reliable.

This position offers a unique opportunity to not only maintain and improve existing systems but also to contribute to emerging initiatives in cloud automation and management within our AWS and GCP environments.

You will report to the IT Director and play a key role in shaping the future of IT at Ogury.

SaaS: Google Workspace, Slack, WPEngine/Wordpress

Automation: Zapier, Okta Workflows, Google Apps Script, Python

VCS & CI/CD: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins

Cloud: AWS

IaC: Terraform

What you will be doing

• Manage the Okta platform for identity, access, provisioning, SSO, and integrations with HR and SaaS systems.
• Administer core SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and WordPress in collaboration with other teams.
• Automate workflows using tools like Okta Workflows, Zapier, or Google Apps Script to reduce manual tasks.
• Support IT operations including onboarding/offboarding, user support, and troubleshooting across devices and systems.
• Collaborate on security and compliance efforts (e.g., SOC 2), device management, and access control policies.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation using Git, Terraform, AWS/GCP, and AI tools to enhance efficiency and documentation.

About you

• 5+ years of IT experience, ideally in fast-paced, SaaS-heavy or tech environments.
• Skilled in identity management, with hands-on experience using Okta (Identity Engine, Governance, Workflows).
• Strong SaaS administration skills, especially with Google Workspace, Slack, and optionally WordPress.
• Proficient in scripting and automation, using Python, Google Apps Script, Zapier, and Okta Workflows.
• Interest in cloud and DevOps, with experience in AWS or GCP and basic knowledge of Terraform.
• Familiar with Git/GitHub and CI/CD tools, and open to using AI tools to boost automation and productivity.
