Their collaborative and design-led approach is at the heart of everything they do, with a strong focus on delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.About the RoleThe London team is looking to hire a mid-level Interior Designer to support and contribute to the creative and technical delivery of high-profile residential and hospitality projects.Working closely with the assigned project team, you will assist in the development and execution of design concepts, project documentation, and coordination across multiple workstreams. You’ll be involved in managing design schedules, specifications, and budgets while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable juggling multiple projects at different stages of design.Key Responsibilities:Assist Senior Designers and Design Directors with project documentation, ensuring a focus on design intent and qualitySupport the Design Directors in developing concepts and design solutions for high-end residential or commercial projectsManage design schedules, specifications, and quotations as directed, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryAssist with styling and dressing properties when needed to support project completionCollaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to ensure high-quality outcomes and uphold the company’s standardsAssist with presentation packages and client-facing deliverablesAbout YouYou are a talented and organised interior designer with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating high-end, globally recognised interiors.Requirements:Legally eligible to work in the UKBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
3-6 years of professional experience in interior design (ideally within high-end residential or hospitality sectors)Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong conceptual design and presentation skillsProficient in design software: AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUpA portfolio that demonstrates design excellence in luxury or international projectsFluent in EnglishInterested? £45000 per year
