Seeking a skilled Senior Integration Developer to develop and implement a custom integration between Workday and an external third-party API for generating background checks as part of our hiring workflow.

  • Design, build, and implement a custom integration using Workday Studio to integrate with Mintz API for generating background checks for candidates in the hiring process.
  • Facilitate communication between Workday and Mintz (third-party background check service) API to automate the generation of background checks.
  • Assist in configuring the Workday hiring workflow to call and manage the integration, ensuring proper execution of background check requests during candidate onboarding.
  • Work with HR, IT, and Mintz to ensure alignment and integration of the background check process into Workday.

  • Experience developing custom integrations using Workday Studio, including creating integrations with third-party APIs.
  • Familiarity with Workday HCM and its various modules, including Workday Recruiting and Workday Hiring workflows.
  • Experience with Workday Cloud Integration and knowledge of Workday’s Integration tools (Workday Studio, Workday Web Services).
  • Workday Integration or Workday HCM certification is a plus.
  • Experience with other HR systems or third-party HR integrations.
  • Familiarity with the Mintz API or similar background check service APIs.
