We are constantly looking for great talents, aiming for excellence and ready to join our ambitious adventure!🏹 Mission :Working collaboratively with the HRBP team, managers, and employees, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a specific business perimeter (approximately 100 employees) across all HR functions. Delivering exceptional service and ensuring operational excellence will be crucial to maintaining a positive employee experience and driving business agility.⚡️ Main responsibilities :– Assess Business Needs: Accurately evaluate the Business needs on your scope from an HR perspective, prioritize interventions and gain commitment for delivery.– Provide Expert Guidance: Advise and support employees and managers on all HR-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding), fostering growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.– Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary HR point of contact for C-level executives and top managers within your scope, developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, manager development, and employee well-being.– Resource and People Strategy: Support managers with resource planning, organization and people strategy to ensure alignment with company goals.– Change Management: Facilitate organizational change initiatives while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.– Conflict Resolution: Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.– Administrative Expertise: Make sure that contractual and administrative issues are handled correctly in collaboration with the People Ops team.– Performance and Compensation: Support the periodic performance and compensation review processes, ensuring effective follow-up of Performance Reviews and Individual Development Plans to drive talent retention.– Project Management: Plan and execute key HR projects end-to-end, including designing and implementing career paths, salary grids, internal mobility guidelines, and coaching/management training programs.– Internal Mobility: Drive seamless internal mobility across departments and countries to optimize business agility.– Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and needs (e.g., payroll, absences, benefits, contracts, confirmations, legal queries, parental leaves).– Employee Satisfaction: Monitor employee satisfaction and develop action plans for continuous improvement.– Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the People Team (Talent Acquisition, Process, Operations, Learning and Development) and other departments.⭐️ What we are looking for :

  • Master’s degree in French labour law, human resources or another field relevant to HR
  • At least 5 of experience in human resources and/or labour law, ideally in a tech start-up environment including employee relations, management counseling.
  • Strong HR Operations background, including payroll and contract administration.
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
  • International work experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a natural people person.
  • Advanced project management skills, capable of managing complex projects.
  • Mature and confident personality, capable of working autonomously.

⏳ Hiring Process :

  • Initial call with Eline, Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • 1st round : video interview with an HRBP team member.
  • Case study and video debriefing with Stephan Krehl, Chief People Officer.
  • 3rd round : on-site visit to meet the rest of the HR team and our C-level executives/co-founders.
