Weston-Super-Mare, SomersetAre you a Senior Hire Desk Manager who is looking to make the next step in your career with an out and about role which gives you full autonomy in helping to develop the business and drive organisational change?On offer is the opportunity to join a leading plant and heavy construction machinery provider with numerous depots around the UK. They have 25 years’ experience and a team of highly skilled, dedicated engineers across the UK and are now looking for a Senior Hire Desk Manager to help with the smooth running of operations across the UK.In this role you will be mobile across all UK depots as a member of the senior team, driving organisational change. Most of the travel will be across the Southwest with occasional travel to other Depots. You will be expected to manage the other Hire Desk Controllers, ensuring standards are met across the business as well as monitoring the numerous workshops situated within the UK.This role would suit a Senior Hire Desk Manager who is looking to progress into a nationwide role with progression to Directorship, where you will be responsible for a team of Hire Desk Controllers with regular visits.The Role

• Weekly travel across the Southwest, occasional travel UK wide
• Manage team of Hire Desk Controllers across the UK, helping to hit targets and oversee daily operations
• Account management as well as developing new relationships with key clients
• Assist with resource allocation across the business
• 5hr week working from Monday to Friday, flexible working hours
