Senior GPS Business PartnerLocation: GSK HQ, London / Wavre, BelgiumThe Senior GPS Business Partner, as a member of the GPS & Smart manufacturing leadership team, is responsible for delivering, influencing tangible business improvement within manufacturing cluster or function through the GPS Programme. (S)he partners and collaborates with the business to drive & influence business improvement through deep understanding of the strategy and through their business acumen. As an operational leader (s)he improves process effectiveness and efficiency across the manufacturing cluster or function by embedding the GSK Production systemKey Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:As a member of the GPS LT, own and evolve the GSK Production system to be industry leadingBuild an excellent business partnership with business leaders to influence & collaborate embedding GPS in the ways of working to create win-win solutionsSupport the cluster/function with the definition and prioritisation of GPS programmes and projects in line with the strategy and goalsDefine, drive, build, embed and maintain the required GPS Capabilities across all manufacturing cluster sites or function with stakeholders. Ensure appropriate capability exists in coaching and training so sites and functions are autonomous in their deployment of the standard GPS programmeMonitor the quality of the GPS deployment through standardised process confirmation on a scheduled frequency. Develop a scorecard to measure and monitor delivery of the GPS programme including behaviours and value, financial and non financial delivered through GPSLead and coordinate resolution of critical business issue operational and transactional through GPS deployment including strong change management requirementsDeliver & identify step change improvement in breakthrough objectives and balanced scorecard aspirations while developing GPS capabilities across cluster/functionMaximise the use of technology and deploy standard digital levers to accelerate the GPS programme evolutionLead GPS council as part of the standard GSC governance. Collaborate with GPS site and functional GPS teams to identify best practices and proactively co-create next generation programme elements where requiredPerform all job responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations, standard operationprocedures, and industry practice. Adhere to all GSK safety guidelines and procedures, GSK Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures as applicableWhy you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor’s degree in science or engineeringExtensive experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry, including experience in manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and continuous improvementExperience in Operations/Quality operations in Vaccines or Biologics manufacturingPossess strong leadership, scientific and business acumen, and ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and ensure compliance to all GSK policiesDemonstrated leadership of Continuous improvement initiatives and cultural change year on year resulting in both financial and non-financial benefit and behavioral changeMore than five years of supervisory/management experienceLean/Six Sigma certification or equivalentDemonstrated ability to lead complex problem-solving efforts with cross functional global teams to achieve business objectivesPreferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Demonstrated ability to work effectively across a matrix environment and navigate without formal authority to deliver business resultsDemonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and confidently defend informed recommendationsAbility to lead through change and inspire agility/flexibility amongst teamExperience working in a manufacturing environment that requires working with Operators and teamLeads to better understand requirementsMotivated and interested in learning new technologiesMust be a committed team player prepared to work in and embrace a team-based cultureClosing Date for Applications: 8th April 2025 (COB)We create a place where people can grow, be their best, be safe, and feel welcome, valued and included.
