We are seeking candidates for a Senior Foundry Engineer role. Compensation for these direct hire opportunities ranges between $110,000-$125,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. • Design and maintain patterns and tooling for iron-casting production
• Implement new processes to improve productivity
• Oversee pattern and tooling work, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
• Communicate project status with customers and the sales team
• Lead and train the pattern shop team, promoting a safe and efficient work environment
• Collaborate across shifts and departments to maintain smooth operations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with company policies

What you need to be a Senior Foundry Engineer:

• Experience in foundry engineering or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects and ensure timely completion
