Are you a Senior Formworks Designer looking to join a market leading company in a role where you will use your technical skillset to play a key part in the development of innovative products?On offer is the chance to join a leading company where you will work within a skilled team on an exciting and varied range of projects, helping to progress the company’s outstanding reputation with continual training to further your career in the Structural/Temporary Works industry.This company have been established for over 30 years and they specialise in the construction of reinforced concrete structures. They work on a vast range of projects from basic formwork reinforcement to high quality architectural concrete and they are looking for another design engineer to join their in-house design team to help with their expanding needs.In this role you will be working as part of a design team to provide cost effective solutions for concrete structures. You will be responsible for the design of the formworks and the falseworks which they hire out. You will also be generating detailed drawings and components schedule for manufacturing/ production purposes.This position would suit a Design Engineer with working experience within the temporary works/formworks/mechanical or structural sector looking for a long-term permanent position.

The Role

• Office based with site visits when required
• Design and development of structural/temporary works
• Contributing to the design and development of products
• Creation of detailed drawings, calculations and take-offs
• £30,000 – £55,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + Excellent benefits

The Person

• Experience designing Formworks or temporary works or Construction related design
• Confident working with AutoCAD
• Progression Opportunities
