Train stations & bus stops, gyms, restaurants and more.Join us as a Senior Financial Crime Manager at Barclays, where you’ll play the core role to lead the design, development, embedment and management of a holistic Business Banking UK Customer Financial Crime risk and control framework, ensuring that at any given point the business is aware of potential exposure and control effectiveness, in turn influencing strategy and control enhancement priorities. Additional skills include, stakeholder management across different business functions, ability to provide leadership with strong analytical skills, strong experience of working and leading a risk & control management function, exceptional planning and communication skills. You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills..
