This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is passionate about driving business performance through analysis and insight.What You’ll Do:– Lead and support month-end detailed variance analysis
– Prepare and manage forecasting and budgeting cycles in collaboration with cross-functional teams
– Be responsible for margin analysis per product
– Establish and analyze KPIs
– Deliver meaningful business analysis to support decision-making and operational efficiency
– Participate in continuous improvement of financial reporting tools, processes, and controls
– Partner with key stakeholders to provide clear insights into cost drivers and profitabilityWhat We’re Looking For:– Experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment
– Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in accounting and financial reporting
– Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
– Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial teams
