Then, watch for a unique link in your email to apply.Senior Financial AnalystAnnual ReportingPrepare financial statements under IFRS for various corporate structuresBe the main point of contact for external audits and tax compliance, and ensuring that the team closes audit and tax related requests timely (or enable efficient closing of requests)Main point of contact with VAT advisors, and participate in the preparation and submission of VAT returnsReporting to Partners & BoardsPrepare quarterly management accounts for lender compliance, board reporting and partner reporting, including consolidated reporting where requiredPrepare annual business plans to present both internally and to joint venture partnersFinance and ReportingAssist with financial due diligence on prospective and renewing tenantsManage the updating of master tenancy schedule on a monthly basisReview portfolio occupancy for accuracy on a monthly basisTracking asset management fees and insurance costs for assetsPerform accounting and reporting tasks for certain NAV accounted investmentsAssist in the preparation of quarterly asset management reportsAssist in the preparation of annual business plan reportsCash ManagementManage weekly cash payment recommendations with administrators who process payments on our behalfMonitor bank balances and prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient funds to meet operational and development funding requirements
Prepare steps memos, solvency tests and other documentation necessary to support contributions and distributions for various legal entitiesProcess Improvements & Other InitiativesPropose recommendations for process improvements to support efficiency and effectiveness of day to day activitiesTake an active role in team projects / initiativesLiaise with other departments, including Consolidations, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Asset Management, and InvestmentsStrong communication / interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) as job will require frequent communication with all levels of management, other departments, and multiple external partiesAble to embrace steep learning curve with an open attitude towards learningExperience and Education RequirementsUniversity degree BSc/BA or equivalentACA, ACCA or CPA qualifiedMinimum 4 years’ post qualification industry experienceReal estate or asset management industry experience preferred but not requiredExperience in a large environment with a complex organizational structure across different geographical areasProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required, and exposure to JD Edwards and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) preferred but not requiredHigh attention to detail and accuracySelf-motivated and adaptable to a changing and fast paced corporate environment managing multiple competing deadlinesOxford’s purpose is to strengthen economies and communities through real estate.Our people-first culture is at its best when our workforce reflects the communities where we live and work — and the customers we proudly serve.From hire to retire, we are an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection process that extends all the way through your employee experience.
