Just let us know your preferred working pattern on your application.Let us introduce the roleThe Senior Facility Specialist role covers our facility management responsibilities and requirements across our highly regulated estates. Your primary responsible will be managing and delivering a workplace environment that is safe, secure, and compliant with all relevant regulations and legislation, thus enabling delivery of requirements to meet the needs of our programme demanders.You will manage, support, and maintain a designated portfolio of facilities which may encompass a variety of processes and activities; one of your key focuses is to ensure maximum facility availability every day.Whilst delivering facility management activities, there will be requirements to act as the key interface between the facilities team, projects, residents, and other business functions/stakeholders. You will also manage relationships with stakeholders, our suppliers and other partners ensuring that all safety and compliance aspects are delivered in accordance with the SLA’s and KPI’s link to a strict standard of management reporting.Who are we looking for?We need you to have the following:

• IOSH is a minimum requirement, but NEBOSH is preferred (or recognised equivalent Health and Safety qualification).
• Prior Facility, Health and Safety, relevant management experience is essential.

• IWFM professional membership is preferred (or recognised equivalent professional body)

• Decision making skills that have either a high degree of complexity or diversity and takes prime responsibility.

• To have excellent communication, presentational and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in/with project teams to ensure delivery of modifications to facilities/plant.

Due to the classified nature of the work involved, there are limited opportunities to work from home in this role.
