Please do feel able to be open about this at any point during the process and our recruitment team will work with you to establish the most appropriate adjustments.We are keen to support all our employees with juggling their work, personal and family commitments and alongside our approach to flexible working, we have a comprehensive parental transition support programme to assist parents during the early months and years of parenthood.JOB TITLE: SENIOR FACILITIES MANAGERREPORTING INTO: Regional Facilities ManagerABOUT THE ROLE:A multi-disciplinary Senior Facilities Management role responsible for the delivery of contracted services within a large client London campus.The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring delivery of exceptional client service, contract delivery, management of all hard and soft services, financial management, and be an ambassador of the JLL team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversight of day-to-day site management activities including site functionality, escalation management, planning and Client satisfactionMain point of contact for all campus related activity and office/building openingsBuilding relationships with both internal and external customers including the building landlord, partners and vendors to ensure the best Client experienceEngaging with key vendors at management level to drive service delivery against agreed key performance indicators and service level agreementsCommunicating efficiently to keep the Client and management team informed of any elevated risks or events, as necessarySupporting the Facilities Manager in managing Building Management Systems, creating and managing Preventative Planned Maintenance schedules, using and monitoring relevant task systems, Environmental Health and Safety and Quality Compliance, etc. as requiredWorking with the technical team to ensure collection and monitoring of the Operation and Maintenance Manual, warranties, Asset and Life Cycle Registers, and whatever else is required to ensure maintenance is delivered at the required timesEnsuring compliance with JLL and Client policies, and procedures including statutory compliance and standard operating proceduresManaging budget and spend ensuring alignment with JLL and Client policies and procedure, including creating Purchase Orders, processing invoices, managing service charges, rates, rent, insurance, local taxes as applicable to the siteDelivery or delegation of service requests to ensure all requests are actioned within the agreed timeframe meeting Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements

Conducting audits to ensure office housekeeping and cleanliness is delivered to the highest standardAct as a point of escalation for all facilities projects, fitouts and crisis management activities on siteEnsuring timely project solutions are made, risks are identified, and lessons learned, documented and sharedWork as part of the account sustainability network to deliver projects, innovations and best practiceGiving leadership, direction and mentoring the JLL team and vendors on site to promote engagement and excellent customer experience deliveryWorking in accordance with health and safety measures and promoting best practice amongst colleagues, contractors and vendors at all timesSupporting the Facilities Manager’s development through objectives and goal settingWORKING LIFEThe main business language spoken in our offices is English.The role will be structured over a 5-day week Monday to FridayOn occasion you may be required to work weekends or bank holidays, this will be arranged in advanceABOUT YOUYou have significant direct facilities Management experience delivering combined hard and soft servicesYou have experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management system for managing Preventative Planned MaintenanceYou have experience managing a team/ people management skillsYou have knowledge of in-country requirements related to building regulations, H&S, contractors, statutory regulations, etcYou have experience in project Management or team delivery (desired, not essential)You can meet tight deadlines and work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team to solve problems with professionalism and service focused approachYou keep up to date with industry trends and have direct experience or an interest in customer serviceYou are open and have good communication skillsYou strive for excellence in what you do and share ideas for improvementYou are proficient with Word and Excel and have a keen interest in technologyYou are adaptable to work to requests and projects that may vary from day to dayLocation:On-site –London, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
