We welcome you to be part of our College community of employees who are Rocky Mountain Inspired, Small College Proud.Senior Facilities Attendant – MechanicalAuxiliary/on call as neededDuties: Reporting to the Director of Facilities, this position is responsible for the overall maintenance of mechanical systems and as a team player to maintain the facilities with care for the safety and comfort of the occupants. The position is responsible for providing operational assistance and support to the Director, Manager, Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, the facilities department and staff. This position may act as a liaison with Consultants/Contractors on behalf of the Manager or Director.Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent along with Red Seal Interprovincial ticket in Plumbing, Millwright, Refrigeration or 4th Class Power Engineering with at least five years of related experience in an educational facility or similar larger commercial or industrial complex. Class 5 BC Driver’s License is required. Approved Facility Maintenance Designation (ex.
