About the CompanyOur client is a successful large organization looking to hire an Applications Lead/Manager for a full time position in North York (hybrid 4 days in office).About the OpportunityWe are looking for an ERP Lead who will manage the application environment for the organization. Initially this role will not have any direct reports, they will be a Senior individual contributor wearing multiple ‘hats’ – one of Business Analyst (understanding business requirements), Business Systems Analyst (learning the systems and possibly doing some Config/Support/etc.), Project Manager (changes/implementations/etc.), Applications Manager (driving strategy and roadmaps for applications). This role will report to the Head of IT and will slowly get to build a small team (as needed/required). This role will also participate in M&A activity as the company is planning to acquire multiple smaller businesses every year to expand geographically.About YouHistory of progressing Application-focused positions (eg Dev, BA/BSA, PM, Architect/Lead/Manager)Poven experience with ERP implementation/customization/integration/strategy/training/support
