  • Develop and maintain standardized templates and checklists to ensure consistency and technical accuracy across all inspection documentation.
  • Liaise with regulatory agency representatives during inspections or site meetings to clarify technical requirements and expedite resolutions if non-compliance is identified.

Mentorship & Internal Training

  • Mentor EI staff by providing one-on-one coaching, facilitating ride-along sessions, and reviewing field reports to highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver internal training modules-covering topics such as advanced sediment control techniques, permit interpretation, and safety best practices-for compliance services personnel.

Reporting, Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Prepare consolidated reports for internal stakeholders summarizing key performance metrics-such as inspection completion rates, non-compliance incidents, and corrective action timelines-for large project portfolios.
  • Analyze trends in inspection data to identify recurring compliance risks (e.g., chronic BMP failures) and recommend process changes or additional training.
  • Draft clear, concise technical memos or internal bulletins that outline common field challenges and propose standardized, efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine internal standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and job aids to reflect lessons learned and evolving regulatory requirements.

Client Engagement and Business Development

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and findings.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
