For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the UK.About the opportunityThe Senior Director, SI Alliances, EMEA is responsible for managing and expanding the Dayforce Service Delivery partner business, which includes global system integrators, tier 2 and regional system integrators, consulting partners, and advisory partners across EMEA. This role encompasses partner recruitment, business development, practice development, and alignment with the Dayforce Sales, Service Sales, and extended teams. The Senior Director will help drive alignment between service delivery strategies and business objectives, fostering a robust pipeline through innovative partner programs and increasing SI prime-led projects in collaboration with key sales leaders.What you’ll get to do
- Strategic Business Development: Develop and execute the EMEA Service Delivery business strategy in alignment with global objectives. Collaborate with the Partner Programs and Strategy team to ensure consistency in approach and execution.
- GTM Strategy Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, with a focus on program development and pipeline generation through service delivery partners.
- Partnership Management: Create and execute joint business plans with strategic Service Delivery Partners, ensuring mutual value and driving business growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Service Delivery team, focusing on leadership development, resource allocation, hiring, mentoring, and performance management. Empower team members to meet and exceed goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across functions (Marketing, Product, Services, and Legal) to design and execute partner programs and joint initiatives that drive measurable business results.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives, ensuring effective execution of partnerships and ongoing engagement.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize alliance strategies and tactics. Report on performance regularly, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Skills and experience we value
- 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, partner management, or SI practice management, preferably with market-leading enterprise software vendors or GSIs.
- Experience in Service Delivery Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading service delivery teams or partnerships within large global systems integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, EY, PwC) or leading enterprise software companies.
- Proven Track Record: Success in developing and executing strategic alliances that drive business growth, including sales pipeline development, demand generation, and SI enablement.
- HCM/WFM/Payroll Experience: Strong preference for candidates with experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management (WFM), or Payroll solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Effective people management, with the ability to lead, inspire, and guide cross-functional teams. Strong communication and presentation skills at an executive level.
- High Energy and Innovation: Brings a positive, innovative, and play-to-win attitude, with the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software industry, trends, and the specific vertical markets across the EMEA region.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Salesforce, and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.
- BS/BA degree in a related field is required.
- MBA preferred but not essential.
