About the teamThe IMA Media team help clients connect their advertising to the target audience through paid media channels. We start by gathering audience insight in terms of who they are, what they look like, and what media they consume. Once we have that information we begin media planning using our bespoke planning process. We select media based on its ability to resonate with and deliver to the audience, always remaining relevant in terms of context and mindset.Summary of the Senior Digital Media Executive roleWe are on the lookout for a Senior Digital Media Executive to join our high performing media team. You will be responsible for assisting the Senior Digital Media Managers in the day-to-day running of our client’s digital campaigns, across channels such as PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic. You will also be helping to deliver effective planning and buying for our clients across these channels. You will need to have strong communication skills, be a self-starter and be eager to learn and develop within the team.

Some responsibilities of the Senior Digital Media Executive role will include

• Set up and optimise campaigns within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ad Manager as well as other relevant digital platforms

• Formulate media plans, according to client objectives

• Research, plan and buy media, across all paid media channels (with a digital focus)

• Assist in the construction of pitch documents and client proposals

• Develop relationships with media owners and becoming competent with negotiating rates, timings & positioning on behalf of clients

• Meeting with media owners to learn about their offering and keep up to date with new industry developments

• Keeping clients & the wider team abreast of new media developments and opportunities
