You have a passion for ideas, typography, branding, info-graphics, healthcare and making a difference.You are an approachable hardworking team player and an open-minded, active listener with the ability to unpack complex problems with simplicity.Reports to The Design DirectorWhat You Will Do:
- Work closely with our design, production, and other creative teams to create visually engaging designs for a variety of channels
- Produce work that is in alignment with designated style guides for our clients and internal teams
- Present creative ideas at internal meetings. Participate in client meetings when necessary.
- Partner and Collaborate across other departments including Art, Copy, Account, and Integrated Production to ensure projects meet client and regulatory specifications
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience at an ad agency in graphic design or UI design; working on a pharmaceutical brand preferred but not essential
- A portfolio of work featuring examples of both digital and print work (this can also be spec work that you are proud of and shows your talents to the full)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- A sensibility for design trends and layouts
- Strong eye for composition
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage deadlines
- Ability to tell a simple story visually and verbally
- A drive to elevate thinking and the work
- A curious mentality
- The desire to be great
