Our offices are based in Berlin, Prague, Melbourne, Brazil, Bangalore, and London.We are a growing team of more than 400 passionate employees from more than 50 countries who share the same vision: to create a single tool to help send travellers almost anywhere in the world.Job DescriptionWe are searching for an experienced and driven Senior Commercial Manager to drive our growth in the UK and Nordics regions, where we already have a strong position and many existing commercial relationships.Responsibilities:Lead and execute Omio’s growth strategy for all products across the UK & Nordics regions, across rail & bus travel.Build and nurture a portfolio of high-value and strategic commercial partnerships across various travel partners.Responsible for negotiating all global, regional and local commercial agreements related to the UK & NordicsKeep on top of market trends and happenings, providing insights on the competitive landscapeUse data and insights to drive revenue and growthPartner with cross-functional teams in Berlin, London and Prague to define and scale our product, customer strategy, marketing and partnerships in these marketsBe the voice of the customer in the UK & NordicsRepresent Omio at a senior level across the UK & NordicsQualificationsQualifications:6+ years of experience in a leading commercial role within the tech or travel industries. Passion for travel is a plus.Experience of B2C products in an e-commerce environment is essential.You have already delivered success through leading cross-functional teams and built a fast-growth business in a scalable way.You have previous experience structuring large commercial deals and know how to build sustainable strategic partnerships.
You have strong analytical skills, think strategically, are results-oriented and radically customer-centric, and are persistent and reliable in execution.You possess excellent people and communication skills, tolerance for ambiguity, and the enthusiasm to contribute to building a great company.Fluent in English and one of the following Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Icelandic and Swedish European languages are a plus.Additional InformationOur Benefits Hiring process and background checksAt Omio, we work in partnership with giant screening, once a job offer has been accepted, Giant will be engaged to carry out background screening.
