Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Accounting services provided to clients is of a high standard.More about youOn a daily basis, you will manage your own client portfolio, being main point of contact for your Clients and providing their reporting to them in a timely manner. You will be setting up service charge budgets and tenant charges on Qube, preparing service charge reconciliations and on-boarding and off-boarding properties.You will also support the accounts team in AP and AR processes, including overseeing direct debit collection process.For more information, download our job description.Skills and ExperienceThe successful candidates will:

  • Have experience within commercial property management
  • Be confident working with Excel,
  • Be familiar with RICS Service Charge Code
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
