Senior Care Practitioner (Days) – Fleetwood Hall Care HomeHourly Rate: £13.68 per hour
Hours: 38.5 hours per week (3-4 shifts per week, on a rotating schedule)

Our dedicated team, led by Manager Joanne, provides compassionate care in a supportive environment, utilizing state-of-the-art facilities and innovative care planning technology. We foster a community where residents can thrive and participate in activities that celebrate their individuality, from gardening to birthday celebrations.We are seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to join our day team and help us continue to deliver the highest standards of care.As a Senior Care Practitioner at our home, your role may involve:Completing necessary training to stay current with best practices
Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities
Administering medications per care plans and ensuring accurate documentation
Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
Encouraging residents to pursue fulfilling activities, respecting their hobbies, preferences, and abilities
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the care home

What are we looking for?Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a residential or nursing care setting
A compassionate personality and a positive attitude
A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or a commitment to achieve it
Proficiency in record-keeping and familiarity with technology
Calmness under pressure and the ability to guide team members effectively
