If you love people, thrive on organisation, and want to make a real difference every single day, this role is made for you.What You’ll DoCraft smart, efficient staff rotas with People Planner, balancing geography, skills, and preferencesBe the go-to for real-time rota changes, ensuring seamless care deliveryLiaise with Care Managers and healthcare partners to onboard new clients with warmth and precisionMonitor and coordinate training and compliance, keeping carers at their bestSupport emergency situations with calm and confidence, including on-call coverRecord communications, manage enquiries, and keep systems up to dateConduct appraisals, supervisions, and audits – shaping our high standards of careBe part of recruitment activities, from interviews to onboarding supportHandle feedback and concerns sensitively, always putting clients first
