We are backed by proven technology, prominent VC’s, and boast a global network and the resources (€30 million Series B funding in March 2022) to seize the market opportunityLook at for more information about working with us! 💙🎩 Your Role:We are looking for a high energy, results-driven, team-oriented experienced BDE to join our rapidly growing Sales team to extend our success in Europe by finding new growth opportunities. This is a full-stack Business Developer role, managing the whole sales cycle from prospection to retention of your clients in Fine Arts, including building a growth strategy. As one of the most experienced members of the team, you’ll share your knowledge to more junior colleagues, that you’ll mentor.It is a fast-paced role that fits high-energy, agile, and smart salespeople. This position is a full-time job, based in Paris, start date asap.✏️ What you’ll do:Prospection and Pipeline Development:– Identify and build a list of clients (Art galleries, Auction houses, Antiques and Designers)– Leverage outbound outreach techniques to generate a maximum number of qualified leads– Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase our value proposition and demonstrate how our platform and tools help ****businesses simplify their logistics– Represent Convelio at industry events, conferences, and trade showsClient Relationship Management– Become a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and challenges.– Secure mutually beneficial business opportunities that align with both client needs and company goals.– Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely mannerCompetitive Intelligence, Market Analysis & Strategy– Conduct thorough competitive intelligence to stay informed about the actions and strategies of key competitors– Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement a quarterly action planContinuous Improvement and Mentorship for the team– Collaborate with various departments (especially Operations and Product) to improve the performance of owned client segment.– Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement a quarterly action plan.– Act as a mentor to help new hires integrate into the team and succeed in their roles.🧑🎨 Your profile:– 5+ years of experience in key account management and/or sales in logistics.
