Responsibilities:You will have an opportunity to:
- Collaborate with various team members to support the creation and deployment of marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels (SMS, Email, Direct Mail, etc.)
- Work closely with other analysts to ensure marketing campaigns are setup with zero defects and deployed on time according to campaign schedules.
- Utilise data analysis and validation skills to deliver accurate campaign lists to third party suppliers.
- Monitor on-going campaigns to identify issues or failures and troubleshoot errors.
- Perform customers data investigations using various data sources.
- Work with the team to identify and resolve any data issues and improve existing data processes.
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaign lists and existing list creation processes. Qualifications:
Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Data Extraction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with list creation using campaign management tools such as IBM Campaign (Unica).
- Strong competency using SAS or SQL.
- Knowledgeable with flow charts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work in a night shift schedule.
