Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality ODM rules based on project requirements
- Conduct Peer Code Reviews and contribute to improving development standards
- Take on User Stories to develop rules that aligns with project specifications
- Work with external teams to integrate solutions
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues ensuring optimal performance
- Create and maintain documentation for all development activities
- Follow SDLC process and participate in Agile and Scrum meetings
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Systems Technology
- At least 5 years of experience with Java Development and Spring
- At least 5 years of experience with REST Services
- At least 5 years of experience with IBM ODM Tools or Rule Engine system background such as Drools
- Extensive experience using IBM Websphere Liberty
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in a complex environment

- Bachelor’s degree or Technical Certificate in Computer Science
- Strong background in security best practices
- Good knowledge of Kubernetes
- The ability to facilitate, negotiate and work within a multi-domain team environment
- Excellent communication skills for cross team collaborations
