A top architecture firm with multiple studios across North America is looking for a capable Revit Senior Architectural Technologist or Senior Architectural Designer, with experience working on complex multi-unit residential mid to high rise projects. They seek a Revit designer with a Revit portfolio of mixed-use residential projects, experienced working in structured teams. Someone efficient in working drawings and dealing with building permits and confident mentoring others. This is a great role for someone looking to step into a future leadership role with a dynamic firm.THE JOB
The successful candidate will be able to create full working drawing packages, construction documents and plans and be experienced in creating and submitting permit applications. With a fast-paced environment and project deliverables and timelines to meet, you possess excellent project management and communication skills; solid references from other established firms.WHAT’S REQUIRED
The ideal candidate will have the following credentials;

• Architectural Technology Diploma or related Architecture education from a recognised institution – strong Revit skills
• 7+ years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist or Designer
• Be currently living in Canada and 5+ years of experience working with building codes in Canada
• A Revit portfolio of multi-family, high rise, mixed use or large commercial experience, demonstrating design excellence
• Experience working with Revit is essential – strong capabilities required
• Efficient working drawings productions and experience dealing with building permits
• Experience working with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office is an asset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
