Senior Architect / AssociateAbout the Role:Are you an experienced Senior Architect or Associate with a strong background in data centre design? We are hiring on behalf of a leading architectural practice specializing in data centres, office fit-outs, laboratories, and high-end retail projects. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your expertise in data centre design to lead and manage high-profile projects, delivering innovative and efficient solutions.This practice is built on collaboration, creativity, and client-focused design. With a steady growth trajectory and studios in London, Milan, and Madrid, we are seeking an experienced Senior Architect or Associate to join our London studio. You will work with a diverse, multicultural team and have the opportunity to lead projects across Europe, contributing to designs that push the boundaries of functionality, efficiency, and sustainability in the data centre sector.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and delivery of data centre projects, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.Utilize Revit to produce high-quality architectural designs, technical drawings, and project documentation.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clients, engineers, and consultants, to ensure integrated and efficient design solutions.Provide strategic input into project planning, design development, and construction documentation.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery.Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met while delivering exceptional designs.Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform design decisions.
