It’s a chance to apply your expertise to develop effective and impactful new commercial propositions for clients, creating new ways to answer complex questions using your knowledge of customer research data & techniques combined with dunnhumby science.Joining our team, you’ll investigate, develop, implement and deploy a range of brand new propositions while working alongside super-smart colleagues challenging and rewriting the rules, not just following them. Our team is focused on delivering impactful insights to Tesco UK Suppliers using the breadth and depth of Tesco UK transactional, attitudinal, shopper and clickstream data from Tesco Clubcard as well as direct customer research. We work collaboratively with our client leadership teams to answer client questions and build solutions that are re-usable and scalable.We have a granular view of Tesco UK shoppers’ behaviours and attitudes, through tracking how they shop and analysing their visit patterns (instore and online) and also by utilizing our customer research panel. We use our science to link customer behaviour to customer attitudes giving us a full view of both what a customer does as well as why they do it. We use this data to enable Tesco UK Suppliers to be more customer centric and drive long-term shopper engagementWhat we expect from you

  • At least 5 years experience required.
  • Expert knowledge of Market Research Techniques and Technology
  • Experienced in statistical modelling using quantitative market research data (e.g. segmentations, drivers analysis, max diff)
  • Experience with and passion for connecting your work directly to the customer experience in retail, making a real and tangible impact.
  • Logical thinking and problem solving
  • Strong communication skills & stakeholder management
  • Retailer or FMCG experience either client side or agency is preferred
