about this team

Sales & Operations Planning designs systems, structures, and processes that align sales plans with DC inventory placement and fulfillment network utilization. As a centre of excellence for inventory flow optimization, we are the bridge between Product vision and DC execution.

core responsibilities

  • Manage initiatives with Global Fulfillment, Retail Ops, Merchandising, and Planning teams to ensure smooth product flow and operational execution.
  • Partner closely with Product Management on Anaplan updates & implementation.
  • Create and oversee DC outbound forecast models, providing regular updates and addressing challenges to support fulfillment strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and troubleshoot issues related to DC-to-store transfers across North America, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization.
  • Plan and coordinate operational activities with Planning and DCs to ensure efficient fulfillment during peak sales periods.
  • Partner with the Reporting & Analytics team to create and improve reporting tools to support operational efficiency.

qualifications

  • 5+ years retail experience in a related function (inventory management, merchandising, supply chain)
  • University degree in business, inventory management, supply chain/logistics, or related field
  • Proven excellence in identifying and communicating business insights to cross functional partners and management

Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $96,800-127,100 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
