The senior administrator will provide essential administrative and organisational support to senior leaders within the not-for-profit sector. This permanent role is based in Canterbury and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a supportive environment.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including diary management and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes for follow-up actions.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities within the secretarial and business support department.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to assist in project tracking and reporting.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and helpful approach.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications for the leadership team.
  • Support the coordination and execution of special projects as required.
