Senior Accountant – SchoolsG2 Recruitment are working alongside our local authority client to hire a Senior Accountant to cover our client’s Schools and Education teamContract length: 3 months rollingWorking Pattern (Flexible Hours/Remote): Client happy with between 3-5 days, open to discuss onsite working patternsRate: Inside IR35, rate negotiable DOEResponsibilities:Senior Accountant working on the indicative schools budget Will be line managing 4.5 FTEs. Schools forum in December will require relevant preparation.Requirements:

• Experience working with DSG and APT are required, with this experience ideally coming in the last 5 years, as well as some local authority experience
• Experience managing staff
• Ideally fully qualified, exceptional candidates who are part qualified or QBE will be considered on a case by case basis

Successful applicants will require two references and relevant right to work documents (VISA sponsorship cannot be provided). A DBS is not required for this role.
