This role will be vital in developing a new line of business at Index, overseeing key client relationships while working across various internal teams.It is the job of the Account Manager, Marketplaces, to ensure that Index exceeds our clients’ expectations by providing an excellent level of service. The ability to work independently and to be accountable, enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated is a must. You will use your knowledge and understanding of Index’s offering to position complex, innovative, real-time media trading solutions as simple, accessible, and easy to understand. As a client advocate, you will track, resolve and/or escalate customer issues while communicating updates and managing expectations both internally and externally. This role provides an opportunity to make an immediate impact as part of a dedicated team focused on building the fastest-growing product offering in Index’s history.What We’re Looking For:
