We’re Hiring Special Needs Teaching Assistant’s to support our schools in the local area, working with Primary and Secondary aged students with moderate to complex learning needs.Main Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, social and emotional needs and more.
Assist in the delivery of tailored lesson plans and activities to support each student’s individual learning needs.
Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral development, promoting positive engagement in the classroom.
Help create a safe and nurturing learning environment.
Promote inclusivity within the setting and build positive relationships with students.
Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor progress and provide feedback.
Assist with personal care and any additional needs where required.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (preferred but not essential).
A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with students.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
An understanding of the importance of creating an inclusive environment.
A genuine desire to help students succeed and build their confidence.
