Ideally, I’d love to find someone with an Asian background, preferably Vietnamese, who can speak Vietnamese with the babies.I’m a businesswoman and a single mom, opening a new business in my building soon, so I need someone responsible, organized, and capable of handling childcare with confidence. My building is conveniently connected to Montreal’s Underground City, offering easy access to transit, shops, and services year-round.The ideal person is mature and experienced with newborns, especially twins. They should have strong values, be playful and engaging, but also know how to maintain strict discipline when needed.Additionally, I plan to homeschool my twins, so a nanny who is comfortable with this approach and can help support their early learning is preferred.Details:
- Location: Plateau Mont-Royal, near Place des Arts (Underground City access)
- Start Date: Around August
- Schedule & Salary: Salary negotiable, to be discussed based on experience
- Live-in option available for the right candidate
- Car provided during work hours (if needed for errands or appointments)
Responsibilities:
- Baby care (feeding, changing, soothing, naps)
- Engaging with the babies in a loving and structured way
- Teaching and speaking Vietnamese with them
- Light housekeeping related to the babies (laundry, cleaning bottles, tidying play areas)
- Occasionally helping with my small dog (letting them out, feeding if needed)
- Supporting the early homeschooling experience when the time comes
