Our team is dedicated to making a difference, and we are hiring a Sales Engineer to support critical applications across the Northwest.Why Choose Aggreko?Competitive salary and benefits package (including pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance)Flexible working environmentGenerous holiday entitlement with the option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell‘ additional daysFocus on ongoing professional developmentPaid time off for volunteering and community workAccess to our Employee Assistance Programme promoting health and well-beingWhat You’ll Do:As a Sales Engineer your role will include:Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring customers within the Building Services and Construction sector that rely on advanced temperature and Power solutions.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales and bookings objectives for HVAC/Power equipment.Market Penetration: Identify gaps in market coverage and create strategies to fill those using a direct sales approach.Coordination: Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support the business fully.Account Management: Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and assist in building national relationships.Market Growth: Focus on penetrating deeper into existing accounts, converting competitor accounts, and growing market share while maintaining existing service business.Strategic Selling: Apply strategic selling principles to uncover the best customer solutions and ensure a high standard of customer service.CRM Management: Use CRM tools to manage customer activities, quotes, leads, and other key data effectively.Process Compliance: Follow Aggreko’s sales process and comply with all CRM and CPQ processes.You’ll have the following skills and experience:Experience in a technical selling environmentHVAC or power equipment knowledgeExperience working with Rental products would be beneficialPositive customer-focused attitude with a proven ability to interact in a team environmentProven time management, planning, and organisational skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teamsExcellent presentation skills with the ability to handle objections and build trustFind out more and apply now!Bring your energy.
