Requirements :
- QTS is required
- Relevant teaching experience with 2 proven professional references
- An enhanced DBS on the update service
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
- Proficient in using Technology tools and resources for instruction, communication, and classroom management
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Designing lesson plans, creating educational materials, and developing curriculum to meet the academic needs and learning objectives of students
- Delivering instruction in various subjects or disciplines using a variety of instructional strategies and techniques to engage students and promote learning
- Providing one-on-one support, tutoring, or enrichment activities to students who need additional assistance or challenge
- Reflecting on teaching practices, seeking feedback, and engaging in self-assessment and professional growth
- Conduct assessments to measure student learning outcomes, providing feedback to students, and evaluating student progress
