Are you passionate about teaching French? Do you have over three years of experience teaching French as a first or second language? Have you worked at the high school level and prepared students for the Ministry French exam? Do you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the West Island?Our client, a well-respected private high school, is seeking a Secondary French as a Second Language Teacher to join their vibrant and growing team.What’s in it for you?– Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $106,000, based on experience
– Comprehensive benefits package including RREGOP pension plan, group insurance, paid vacation, and leave
– Manageable class sizes with a maximum of 24 students per class
– Structured 35-hour workweek: 16 hours of teaching plus dedicated time for preparation and meetings
– Required presence from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. with excellent flexibility (free to leave campus for appointments between classes)
– On-site lunch service providedWhat we’re looking for:– Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching French as a Second Language (or French as a first language) at the secondary level in Quebec
– Bachelor’s degree in Education (preferably with a focus on French)
– Valid Quebec teaching license – essential

– Lead and participate in extracurricular activities that build community, creativity, and student engagement
– Work closely with fellow educators to maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
