Seasonal Production Supervisor | Condensed Work Week | Night Shift

This is a temporary, seasonal opportunity as a Production Supervisor on a grave shift that is expected to run through mid January.

With decades of experience helping their partners and customers grow their business, this company has experience in every aspect of online direct-to-consumer sales, mass and specialty retail, promotional product sales and commercial print. They specialize in personalized printing, business printing, photo printing and on-demand printing.

They have the capacity to produce millions of photos and cards each day as well as books and gift products each year!

The right candidate will be willing and able to work lots of overtime (holidays included), have strong leadership skills, and come from a solid background in manufacturing/production.

Schedule: Night Shift, 3-4 nights/week

• Wednesday-Saturday 5pm-5am (every other Wednesday)

Production Supervisor Job Duties:

• Working knowledge of production processes with the ability to “fill-in” on all pieces of equipment
• Leads a team of employees in a technical, fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Maintain and coordinate with Materials team supplies levels and inventory.
• Expedites orders as needed
• Instilling a sense of urgency in their team
• Identifies, coaches and develops team members

Pay: $24-$27/hr

• +$2 shift differential

Production Supervisor Requirements:

• 2-4 years Production Supervising experience in a manufacturing or fast paced work environment
• Ability to maintain good attendance and always leads by example
• Must be familiar with MS Word, Excel and other Microsoft programs.
• Quick learner and self-motivated
• Ability to work as needed, particularly during high volume periods, to ensure that departmental objectives are accomplished.
